Shipping policy
- Orders can be placed at any time. We process and manufacture Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00, excluding public holidays.
- Because we begin the production process shortly after your order is placed, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation.
- Since our products are handcrafted specifically at client's request, the Total Delivery time is Production time + Transit time from the moment the order payment is confirmed. Transit times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
- We deliver to most EU countries by third party courier, and therefore independent of the seller. The list of countries, production lead times, shipping times & rates can be found on Shipping & Discounts page.
Note: Delivery terms do not include legal holidays in the countries of shipment and/or destination, force majeure and fortuitous events.
- We assume responsibility for the delivery of your products. The risk of loss is transferred to the buyer at the time of physical delivery. While we ensure timely dispatch, the seller assumes no liability for independent delays caused by the courier company.
